Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to last week’s request that YOU tell ME what YOU want. Many confided very personal details which I promised I would not divulge, so of course I won’t! However, without giving any secrets away, there was a very clear message coming through which I would like to share with you all.

I have answered every email personally and hope that my suggestions were helpful. If I have missed anyone out – I had quite a number to get through – please contact me again and I will respond.

Anyhow, to get back to the message coming through loud and clear

• People are keen to learn how to make money on line.
• Many of you are apprehensive because you have already lost money trying to market on line.
• Many of you feel that you have been scammed.
• You are fed up seeing others making money at your expense.
• You believe that it is possible to earn a living on line.
• You are realistic and know that effort is required.
• You are prepared to put in considerable effort into learning how to do it.
• You want someone you can trust to show you how.

Does all that ring a bell?

As you know I promote a high ticket product – YourNetBiz. This is aimed at those who have considerable disposable income. I keep reminding people that every business is a risk, be it a traditional business or an Internet Business. “Never spend what you cannot afford to lose” is my mantra. With good guidance your chances of success are massively increased, but, there is no cast iron guarantee.

Money can be made online without spending a fortune. You don’t need to buy into an expensive product to succeed. You may not make as much as the high ticket guys, but you can make a respectable amount.

So, what is my advice? Well, it’s very simple. Buy into a low cost product, learn how to market it and go forth and do just that and earn yourself commission with each sale!

There are various products you could promote – Affiliate products through ClickBank spring to mind. These certainly can be useful, but, and this is a MAJOR but, you need to know how to market them AND they can be expensive to market, AND you risk losing credibility in the marketplace. How would I risk that, you ask. Simple! It’s easy to recommend something that looks good but you have not actually tried. Often it is not as good as it looks so those who buy it from you will be disappointed and will never come back again. They will feel scammed. So, I therefore DO NOT recommend this approach to those seeking to start an online business.

What I can recommend is a low cost product that addresses all these problems perfectly. It is not expensive, it is of high value to those who use it, it can be promoted very cheaply and, best of all you get the best possible training on how to promote it. 2. The Superstar Celebrity Club —Super costly, Super sleek & Super strong!
3. Steady and Reliable — Under promise and Over deliver

Now while most people can sniff out the first lot from a great distance – that still leaves you with the second and third option.

OK,  so now let’s talk about The Superstar Celebrity Club

Once again, these fall into two categories:

1. The Truly Greats
2. The Wannabe Greats

The Truly Greats are inspirational! They started out and worked their way up responsibly with dignity and integrity. They are Superstars – I’m talking about the likes of Frank Kern, John Reese and Mike Dillard. Their training costs 1000s of dollars/pounds and as wonderful as they are they often leave you realising just how little you know. These guys usually work with a select bunch of people, in the rarefied atmosphere of seasoned Internet professionals…they are inspirational, but way up there…probably waaaaay out of your reach! (as they are for most people new to doing business on the Internet who truthfully aren’t really ready for those programs yet.)

Then there are the Wannabe Greats. It’s difficult to not be impressed by their shiny cars and supposedly lavish lifestyles —- but just stop and think a minute! If that is what these marketers need to use to grab your attention, what are you going to do when it is time to promote and brand yourself – you’re going to be in direct competition with them! BUT – you don’t have the shiny car and the lavish lifestyle – so who do you think will win? Sure, this approach does work, but there are smarter, more sophisticated ways to market that won’t leave your online reputation looking like a disreputable used car salesman. AND you’ll be able to sleep better at night.

Now let’s talk about the third group – the one I belong to. This is the group that offers the best opportunity, by far, for most people.

Having a wonderful online business to market is a major asset. However, the business needs to be marketed. It will not market itself. Internet Marketing is an industry of business ownership pursued by people who have never been business owners. The skills and discipline necessary for success are completely foreign to them. That is why it is essential to be a member of a marketing team when joining any online business. When searching for a sponsor many people are attracted to the so-called Bling Marketers who flash their expensive cars and expensive houses and show their online bank accounts. Excuse me! Is that how conventional business works? Not at all. Although this type of marketing works for these individuals the newbie needs to be aware that it will NOT work for him. Why? Please don’t be left an unwanted MyInternetBusiness orphan.

I’m sure you’re wondering what I’m talking about.

Well, MyInternetBusiness orphans are members who joined under a sponsor who claimed to offer them the support and guidance that they needed, but who left them high and dry. They have been struggling on their own for months. These people are left as unwanted orphans. Sadly this is not an uncommon problem. However, all is not lost – I take MyInternetBusiness orphans under my wing.

To my knowledge very few sponsors are willing to do this. I am frequently told that “I rang ****** and he said you’re not in my team so I can’t help you.”

I do not want you to be in this situation. Sadly there are some sponsors out there who aren’t particularly interested in the success of the team, but there are many who ARE. If you are unfortunate enough to have landed with the wrong sponsor you need to switch.

Believe me, it will not do any good for your confidence, morale or success to waste your first few months chasing after your sponsor trying to get support and training. There will be times when you need your questions answered and you need to know that someone will be there for you when those times come.

This is exactly why I acquire my new orphans. They know that I am willing to put in the effort to help them on their road to success.

Of course ultimately they are the ones who will be putting in the hard work, but I am going to be there – ready to share my knowledge, give them support, inspire them and encourage them.

How can they be so sure?

Well, as they are already members of MyInternetBusiness, the only way I will benefit from having them in my team, is to train and mentor them to success. There would be absolutely no point in me taking them under my wing if I was not committed to helping and guiding them right through to the end.
